Andrew Botterill

Andrew Botterill - Chief Executive OfficerChief Executive Officer

Andrew is responsible for Stella Travel Services UK businesses including Travel 2, Travelbag, Sunmaster and The Global Travel Group. Andrew has more than 20 years experience in the travel industry working across all sectors of the industry including UK and overseas operations, retail and online distribution. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism and was formerly CEO and shareholder of The Global Travel Group.

Jens Penny

Jens Penny - Chief Finance OfficerChief Financial Officer

In the role of Chief Financial Officer for Stella Travel Services UK, Jens brings more than 17 years experience in the UK travel industry to the Group. Prior to joining Stella, Jens was Finance Director at The Global Travel Group and prior to that held a number of senior finance and operational roles at MyTravel Plc (formerly Airtours Plc) . Jens is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Andrew Cummins

Andrew Cummins - Executive Chairman Chairman

Andrew has worked with CVC Capital Partners since 1998 and was a founding partner of CVC Asia Pacific in 2000, a pan-Asian buyout fund. Since 2005 he has refocused his role around CVC's portfolio of businesses where he serves as chairman or as a director responsible for the governance, strategy and value creation of a number of businesses within its portfolio.

 

Elizabeth Gaines

Elizabeth Gaines - Chief Financial OfficerNon Executive Director

Elizabeth Gaines is Chief Financial Officer of the Jetset Travelworld Group, an integrated global travel business headquartered in Australia. Elizabeth was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the Stella Group, which in 2010 merged with Jetset Travelworld to form the Jetset Travelworld Group. Prior to joining Stella, Elizabeth was the chief finance and operations director of Entertainment Rights Plc. Elizabeth has held senior treasury and finance roles at Bankwest in Australia and Kleinwort Benson in the UK and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young. Elizabeth is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Applied Finance degree.

Peter Lacaze

Peter Lacaze - Chief ExecutiveNon Executive Director

Peter Lacaze is Chief Executive Officer of the Jetset Travelworld Group, an integrated global travel business headquartered in Australia. Peter was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Stella Travel Services Australia, which in 2010 merged with Jetset Travelworld to form the Jetset Travelworld Group. Peter has more than 30 years management experience across the manufacturing, retail, healthcare and travel sectors and has previously held chief executive roles at Transonic Travel, Concorde International Travel, Qantas Holidays and Jetset Travel & Technology. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK), is a Fellow of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Management and is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
